  Unlimited number of subdomains

  The wildcard extension allows for the protection of an unlimited number of third-level domains (commonly referred to as 'subdomains') below the ordered second-level domain.   The site seal shows visitors with a dynamic time display that the website is transmitted SSL-encrypted. When clicking on the seal, Telekom provides further information on encryption and all details about the domain owner (corporate validation) in a pop-up window. This strengthens the user's sense of security and reduces the number of purchase and transaction cancellations.
