Entrust Signhost

Entrust Signhost is a European cloud platform for electronic signatures, document sealing, and digital identification, headquartered in the Netherlands. As part of the international Entrust Corporation, Signhost provides companies with a practical end-to-end solution for the legally compliant digitization of document processes.

The platform supports all three eIDAS levels – from simple electronic signature (SES) to advanced electronic signature (AES/FES) and up to qualified electronic signature (QES). This makes it possible to meet a wide range of legal and organizational requirements. When it comes to identification, Signhost offers maximum flexibility: in addition to email, SMS, and scribble, national eID systems as well as modern methods such as biometric ID checks are available.

The platform is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II certified, complies with the eIDAS regulation, and processes all data exclusively in European high-security data centers. As part of the Entrust portfolio, Signhost is also fully prepared for eIDAS 2.0, the EUDI Wallet, and post-quantum readiness – making it a future-proof solution for digital transformation.
