GlobalSign Auto Enrollment Gateway (AEG): Automatically Provisioning Certificates on Windows and Linux Servers

The Auto Enrollment Gateway (AEG) provides quick and seamless certificate provisioning for clients (Windows, Mac) within a Microsoft Active Directory or via the ACME protocol on Linux servers. Certificates can be issued according to your requirements, either from a private CA provided by GlobalSign or from GlobalSign’s public CAs (if your application requires public trust).

  • Automate certificate issuance and management
  • No internal PKI operation necessary: Save resources and reduce risk
  • Issuance of publicly trusted certificates (e.g., S/MIME) optionally available
  • Thanks to SCEP server features, you can provision certificates for devices not integrated into the domain (e.g., routers, mobile devices)
  • Automated provisioning is also possible on Linux servers using the ACME protocol
  • With a variety of certificate templates, you can quickly set up the right certificate for your use case
